Presentation Summary: Productivity, engagement and retention of staff and patients has long been seen as the “Bermuda Triangle” of healthcare, especially in the field of addiction treatment. Staff shortages, burnout, and turnover can plague an organization for years and cost a company at least 33% of that staff member’s annual salary to replace them. This presentation will focus on approaches that organizations can use to develop staff productivity, engagement, and retention in STRATEGIC ways.
