Alice Deschenau is a French psychiatrist, head of the addiction department at Paul Guiraud, a public psychiatric hospital in the southern suburbs of Paris. She holds a doctorate in psychology from the University of Lyon 2. She has worked in addictology for 11 years at the Liberté clinic. She participated in the opening of a hospital liaison team (2012), a tobacco consultation for psychiatric patients (2015), an addiction day hospital for people with dual disorders (2020). She is a member of the board of directors of the French-speaking tobacco Society and the French Federation of Addictology.
She is also the editor-in-chief since 2011 of the socio-professional media What's up Doc (www.whatsupdoc-lemag.fr) and a member of the editorial committee of the journal "Courrier des Addictions" (editor: Edimark).
