Jason Rubinfeld, LMSW, CASAC-MC currently serves as The Assistant Director of The Bureau of Opioid Treatment in NYS Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). Jason has worked with NYS OASAS since 2007 in a variety of roles including supportive housing and direct care. Among other responsibilities, Jason currently oversees the Clinical integration of OASAS 822 treatment settings, increasing access to care for Opioid Treatment Programs and ensuring access to MOUD within the NYS Jails.
Jason received his Master’s Degree in Social Work with a concentration in Community Organizing Planning and Development from Hunter College Silberman School of Social Work. His expertise includes clinical integration within Opioid Treatment Programs, Housing First for individuals with a history of substance use and treatment with MICA and Criminal Justice populations.
