Kenneth E. Bossert, BS, CASAC Program Administrator Community Action Organization of Western New York (retired). Forty years work experience in behavioral health. Thirty-three years work experience in OTP. Served as the Program Administrator for the CAO of WNY for 21 years retiring 12/31/22. CARF Administrative Surveyor for 16 years. Served eleven years as a board member for COMPA - Coalition of Medication-Assisted Treatment Providers and Advocates of New York State. A non-profit membership organization dedicated to treating addiction through the use of pharmacotherapy as a part of a comprehensive bio-psycho-social approach to treatment.
