My name is Samantha Gowette, I am a Licensed Clinical Drug and Alcohol Counselor, with 7 years experience working with justice involved Individuals . I Graduated with a masters degree in integrated addiction studies from Hazelden Graduate School. Previously employed with the Nevada Department of Corrections as a clinical supervisor. Within my time with the Department of Corrections I implemented gender responsive and trauma informed strategies, through trainings and program development. I have worked with eighth judicial district court , as a specialist since June of 2022, over seeing the MAT Re-Entry court .
