Dr. Precin is currently an Assistant Professor at Columbia University. They is also a licensed and practicing psychoanalyst and a behavioral health occupational therapist. They has two earned doctorate degrees in psychology and psychoanalysis. They also has a Masters in Biophysics. Dr. Precin has worked with people diagnosed with substance use and behavioral health issues for over 35 years. Dr. Precin currently has a 4-year NIH grant to teach and deliver trauma informed care and treatment to under-represented communities, which they would like to present in a poster format.
