Ms. Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor with over 25 years work experience including direct clinical care and a variety of administrative roles. She earned a Master in Business Administration from Syracuse University in 2017 and Master in Business Analytics in 2018 and she presently is the director of Addiction Treatment Services at Crouse Health.
MS. Taylor has dedicated her career to raising awareness about addiction, eliminating stigma and improving access to care.
