Jessica Ellis currently works as the Harm Reduction & Diversion Programs Manager at the Frederick County Health Department in Frederick, Maryland. Jessica has worked with the Frederick County Health Department for over 15 years, in administrative, fiscal and clinical settings. She has spent the last 5 years in harm reduction. Jessica was integral in the development and launch of Frederick County’s Syringe Services and LEAD Programs. She is a Registered Peer Supervisor. Jessica uses her knowledge and experiences to advocate for harm reduction and people who use drugs.
