Tami Mark is an internationally known expert on behavioral health care financing, services, and quality measurement. She has authored more than 135 scholarly peer-reviewed journal articles and many government reports. Dr. Mark was a contributing author to the report Facing Addiction in America: The Surgeon General’s Report on Alcohol, Drugs, and Health.
