Jessica Cardott is a Project Lead for the Mayor’s Office for Employment Development in Baltimore City. She manages a cluster of grants that connect Baltimore City residents impacted by substance use disorder to short-term training and employment services. Over the course of her career in workforce development she has worked in direct service, research, program management, policy, and advocacy at the city, state, and federal levels. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Literature from New College of Florida, a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Policy and Practice from the University of Chicago, and a Certified Public Manager designation from the University of Baltimore.
