Khary Rigg, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mental Health Law & Policy at University of South Florida. He is a behavioral health services researcher with over 20 years of experience studying substance use disorders. He earned his Ph.D. from University of Miami and completed a post-doctoral fellowship in health services research at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. As a health services researcher, Dr. Rigg's research aims to improve service provision to people with addictive disorders across healthcare and community settings.
