Thomas E. Freese, PhD, Clinical Psychology is Director of the UCLA Integrated Substance Abuse Programs (ISAP), Adjunct Professor in the Division of Addiction Psychiatry in the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and Co-Director of the Pacific Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center. He has conducted trainings on a wide variety of topics related to clinical interventions for substance use disorder, medicines for addiction treatment, and culturally responsive care. Dr. Freese has been a featured presenter at conferences and meetings across the US and internationally.
