Beth Rutkowski, MPH, is the Director of Training at UCLA Integrated Substance Abuse Programs, Co-Director of the SAMHSA-funded Pacific Southwest Addiction Technology Transfer Center, HHS Region 9 (PSATTC), and Co-Principal Investigator of Training and Implementation Support for hte Recovery Incentives Program: California's Contingency Management Benefit. She develops curricula and other educational products on evidence-based substance use disorder treatment and recovery approaches, and organizes and conducts conferences and trainings throughout HHS Region 9 on scientifically validated interventions. She has co-authored and edited several peer reviewed research articles, book chapters, special issues, and technical reports on a variety of topics related to the treatment of substance use disorders.
