Michelle Gadot, MS, currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the Center for Comprehensive Health Practice (CCHP). Prior to joining CCHP, she received her Master's degree in Urban Policy Analysis and Management from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at the New School where she delved into the complexities of healthcare policy, exploring ways to optimize healthcare delivery systems and address the specific needs of diverse and underserved communities. Michelle first joined CCHP in 2015 as the Center’s first Director of Development & Communications. During her tenure, she played a pivotal role in establishing new programs at CCHP including buprenorphine in primary care, opioid overdose prevention program, an integrated outpatient treatment program, and comprehensive HIV prevention and navigation services. Most recently she led the successful building and establishment of CCHP's new state-of-the-art healthcare center that opened this January, a landmark project that has significantly expanded the organization's capacity to serve the community.
For over fifteen years, Michelle has centered her work around identifying effective strategies to reduce healthcare disparities, enhance healthcare access, promote preventive care initiatives within urban settings and has an unwavering commitment to building a healthier and more equitable future for all.
