Presentation Summary: As an Opioid Treatment Program (OTP), compliance and government are understood. Yet, new to the OTP world is a “Compliance Program” and what that entails. Understanding the benefits of implementing a compliance program and the risks associated with not having one is crucial. This presentation aims to equip participants with the knowledge and tools necessary to safeguard the reimbursement received for services through the building and maintenance of a compliance program.
