Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino – Official 2024 AATOD Conference Overflow Block
Cut-Off Date Extended to 4/30/24 
An overflow block of rooms has been allocated for AATOD conference attendees at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino at a discounted rate. The negotiated rate includes a waived resort fee. These rates will be available, based on availability, until Tuesday, April 30, 2024. The government rate will not be offered within the AATOD block of rooms at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel and Casino.

By Phone: Call the Reservation Center at 1-800-CAESARS (223-7277) to secure a reservation on your group block. Currently, the name of the group is listed as AATOD CONFERENCE.  Name the group code to identify the room block, SPAAT4.

Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino - SOLD OUT 
A block of rooms has been allocated for AATOD conference attendees at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino at a discounted rate of $209.00 USD, this includes the resort fee of $49.95. A limited number of government rooms are available to eligible AATOD attendees. These rates will be available, based on availability, until Tuesday, April 30, 2024.

Government Rate:  The government rate within the AATOD block of rooms is currently sold out at Planet Hollywood.

Did you book a guestroom using the Government room rate?

The government rate is available for government employees only. You must be able to provide valid government identification upon check-in. This rate is non-transferable.

Please refer to following guidelines per the Clark County and the State of Nevada to see if you qualify as federal government employee traveling on official business who will be eligible for the government room rate upon check-in at the Planet Hollywood Hotel. HOUSING PIRACY WARNING

Please beware of housing piracy companies. They are contacting delegates/sponsors to book rooms through their channels and claiming they control the rooms for the event. They do not. These companies charge non-refundable deposits from the moment you book their rooms, thus making it impossible for delegates to cancel their reservations. Sometimes, rooms are not booked, but payment has been made. The event website is the only way to register and book hotel accommodation.
